How the Job Launch Works

The Job Listings are designed to connect law students and young lawyers directly with partner firms during the Career Launch Event and Job Fair. The process is simple and transparent:

For the Career Launch Applicants

  1. Explore Listings – Browse the available job, internship, and traineeship opportunities published by partner firms.

  2. Submit Application – Apply to your chosen position(s) directly through the JotForm application system linked in each listing.

  3. Firm Review – Your application is forwarded securely to the relevant partner firm for review.

  4. Interview Invitation – If selected, you may be invited to an interview with the firm during the Career Launch Event and Job Fair!

For Partner Firms

  1. Publish a Listing – Share your available positions with ELSA, which will be displayed on the Job Listings webpage.

  2. Receive Applications – All applications are collected via JotForm and delivered to you in a clear and consistent format.

  3. Review Candidates – Assess the applications and identify potential candidates of interest.

  4. Conduct Interviews – Invite selected candidates to interviews taking place during the Career Launch Event and Job Fair!

The European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) is an international, independent, non-political, non-profit making organisation run by and for students and recent graduates, who are interested in achieving academic and personal excellence in addition to their legal or law-related studies at university.

 

ELSA aims at providing its members a platform to develop their existing skills and acquire new ones, to interact with fellow students and experienced practitioners from different states and legal systems around Europe, and to be equipped for a professional life in an international environment, through mutual understanding, intercultural cooperation and the large variety of activities and projects the Association offers.
